За последние несколько лет перкуссионные массажеры стали очень популярны как у профессиональных спортсменов, так и у простых любителей спорта, их с успехом используют при восстановлении от травм и для их предупреждения.
Не хотел покупать сразу дорогой, разрекламированный массажер, всегда есть вероятность, что такой вид массажа может не подойти, поэтому выбрал альтернативу со стоимостью поменьше. Что из этого получилось смотрите в видео.
Официально этот перкуссионный массажер в России не продается, лучшим вариантом будет искать в поисковике по названию Xiaomi YUNMAI Fascia Massager Pro, можно заказать с Али, но иногда и в наших магазинах они продаются по нормальной стоимости.
За данный массажер я заплатил 20тр, в магазине где покупал их побольше не продают, по какой причине не знаю, поэтому ссылки нет.

Очень рад что на обзор прилетели новые спортивные часы Polar Grit X и сразу сделал видео с распаковкой.
Не стоит думать, что это новый флагман и замена Vantage V, это только частично новый флагман в линейке аутдор часов от Polar, которые оснастили необычными функциями и возможностью работы до 100 часов с опросом спутников раз в 2 минуты.
Тем временем Vantage V так и остаются флагманскими часами для профессионалов в циклических видах спорта.

Garmin Forerunner 45 — это обновление популярной линейки спортивных часов начального уровня, в которые производитель добавил функции, доступные ранее только более дорогим моделям.
Есть де версии часов, с корпусом 42мм и 39мм, маленький корпус обозначается буквой S. У меня на тесте была версия 42м, весит всего 36 грамм и по сравнению со старшими братьями выглядит миниатюрно.
