We want to share with everyone how we see the world in 8K.
Peru 8K HDR explores the people and landscapes of Peru. This footage was captured in natively in 8K UHD (4320p) and 60fps resolution with the brand new Red Helium 8K Super35mm sensor. Using the most up to date technology we created this video to deliver the most realistic and cinematic experience possible today, especially when viewed in HDR!
To view at 8K 60P you'll need to use Chrome at the moment.
Shot over 2 weeks traveling all over our the beautiful country of Peru: from Lima, to the amazon in Iquitos, Cusco, Ollantaytmbo and of course the stunning Machu Picchu, Puno where we visited Lake Titicaca and then traveling further into the lake to the inner island of Taquile.

Раньше я часто болел. Я думал, что если не буду правильно питаться, то заболею, если не буду высыпаться, то заболею, и если кто-то рядом болен, то я непременно заболею. И знаете, что? Разумеется, мои худшие опасения оправдывались. Я много и часто болел! В начале этого года я сильно заболел, и решил, что с меня хватит. Больше никаких болезней! Я хочу быть здоровым, а для этого нужно поучиться у настоящих гуру. У людей, которые на собственном примере показывают, как всегда оставаться здоровым. И сегодня выдающийся мастер, Вим Хоф, также известный как Ледяной человек, расскажет нам о своих методах и секретах сохранения здоровья.

** ВНИМАНИЕ! Положительный эффект от дыхательных упражнений достигается только при выполнении их строго по инструкции. Всегда практикуйте дыхательные упражнения в спокойном окружении (комфортно расположившись на диване/на полу) и не через силу. Никогда не практикуйте данные упражнение до или во время вождения, плавания, принятия ванны и в любых других условиях, где опасно испытывать головокружение или предобморочное состояние. Дыхательная техника Вима Хофа может вызывать ощущение покалывания и/или головокружение. Не доводите свой организм до потери сознания. Остановитесь, если чувствуете подобное состояние.
Также мы настойчиво рекомендуем практиковать холодные водные процедуры постепенно. Никогда не делайте ничего через силу, и прислушивайтесь к своему телу. При неаккуратной практике, существует риск гипотермии. Не практикуйте метод Вима Хофа во время беременности или если есть риск эпилептических припадков. Людям с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями либо с другими серьезными диагнозами настоятельно рекомендуется проконсультироваться с врачом до практики метода Вима Хофа.
