Demag Kran 335 und Liebherr LTM 1200 5.1 Das alte WestLB Gebäude Friedrichstraße Ecke Fürstenwall, das 1949 vom Architekten Heinz Thoma entworfen und 1952 fertiggestellt wird von der Firma Laarakkers. Es ist ein 6- bis 7-geschossiger Neubau geplant. Künftig sollen im Erdgeschoss Gastronomie und Einzelhandel das Viertel beleben. Gebaut wird auch eine Tiefgarage mit 138 Plätzen. Die historische Fassade der ehemaligen Landesbank von Architekt Hermann vom Endt aus dem Jahr 1895 und ein Relief bleibt erhalten.

木造住宅の解体作業を、やっていたので録ってみました。
録り始めた時は、足場の設置・外壁の取り剥がし・断熱材の撤去は終わっていました。
動画はアルミサッシからガラスを取り除く。
2台のトラックにガラスとアルミ材を分ける。
そして重機を使い、家を壊す。
1台のトラックに金属類、もう1台に木材を分け、処分場に搬出。
配線類を袋に。
１階部分の半分と２階が無くなった時に、この日の作業が終わりました。
翌日と翌々日は自分の問題で録れませんでした。
最後の方は作業が終わって、重機をトラックに乗せて帰るところです。

１か月ちょっとにわたって、架橋工事で活躍しました。
8:30頃クレーンなど各種車両が結集して作業開始。12:00すぎには作業完了し、休憩。21:00すぎに誘導車に挟まれて出発。国道経由で帰路につきました。

台風15号から半年。
千葉県市原市(いちはらし)ではゴルフ練習場の鉄柱が倒壊し、周辺住宅に大きな爪痕が残りました。
その当時の窮状を救った解体業者がいます。
無償で撤去を名乗り出た「会長の英断」とは
2019年9月、市原市のゴルフ練習場「市原ゴルフガーデン」では、台風15号の強風により、鉄柱13本が倒壊。
周辺の住宅およそ20棟に鉄柱が倒れこみ、大きな被害が出ました。
現場では、およそ１か月間鉄柱が倒れたままの状態が続き、工事が本格的に始まったのは、発災からおよそ１か月半が経過した2019年10月28日。
撤去を請け負い、しかも被災地支援という観点から「無償」で工事を行ったのは、東京都江戸川区の解体業「株式会社フジムラ」です。
藤村一人(ふじむら・かずひと)会長は、メディアを通して練習場の現場を見た際、現場の惨状に言葉を失ったということですが、「うちの技術なら助けられる」と判断。発災の翌日には市原市役所に無償での鉄柱撤去を申し出ました。
倒壊した鉄柱の撤去工事は、2019年10月から始まり、およそ2週間で終了。
そして練習場は、土地を更地にしたうえで買い手を募集し、その売却費を住民の補償にあてることを決めました。
その後、練習場ではフジムラによる更地に向けた工事が始まりました。
更地に向けた撤去工事は2020年４月末までかかる予定だということで、フジムラ会長は、「練習場と住民」両者が生活再建に向けて歩んでほしいと願っています。
災害現場で得られた「助けられるんだ」という自信。
この自信をもとにフジムラは今日も現場で解体作業を続けています。
