Its creators claim its the most capable off-road platform in the world, and the US Armed forces concur, because the $19,2000 EZ Raider just passed an operational evaluation with the special forces, and they’re ordering more units.

I recently got the opportunity to go on some clandestine missions myself around my neighborhood, and I can tell you, besides its function as a utility vehicle, it’s an absolute blast to ride.

Powered by a 60V — 3000 W/h lithium ion battery pack with an advanced BMS, and equipped with a 4 wheel drive system for extreme off road adventures.
The EZRaider HD4 has four independent 1,200 Watt brushless Hub-motors, and it’s 4 matching dedicated Sine-wave Controllers can reach peak outputs up to 18,000W it’s more than an electric scooter or off-road scooter. Outfitted with top quality components like chromoly driveshafts and Japanese precision bearings, the powertrain provides instantaneous power and high energy efficiency.
Engineered for stability across diverse terrain, the EZRaider features a patented 6 axes, 360 degree, Floating Long Travel Suspension that can flatten all terrain. In combination with the 4 wheel drive system, and beefy 22 X 7-10 tires, the 10 inches of ground clearance allow an experienced rider to crawl over remarkably challenging surfaces.
Each wheel is equipped with dual piston caliber Hydraulic disc brakes, and you can really feel the strong slowing pull of the regenerative breaking as you let off the accelerator, which takes a bit of getting used to.
Both the US Armed Forces, and the Israeli defense forces are currently performing an operational military evaluation of the EZRaider HD4, and after a series of successful tests, they’re in the process of ordering more for different fighting units as a new military vehicle. In combination with the tactical military Tesla cyber truck we envisioned in a previous video, this could be an unstoppable electric combination.
When it comes to useful working applications for the HD4, the possibilities are endless. Along the same vein as its military and defense uses, the EZRaider also makes a fine patrol vehicle for police, border patrol, or even campus security. In fact the Israeli police are already using the EZ RAIDER in its border units. One thing’s for certain, as a patrol vehicle, it’s not only more capable than a segway.
For more agrarian purposes, the EZRaider makes an excellent ranch vehicle for chasing down cows, hunting, or just simple transportation over rough terrain.
As electric power is transforming the automotive world, with EV adoption rates growing at about 60% each year, technological advancements in motor efficiency and improvements in battery storage technology are giving rise to a new generation of quiet, sustainable electric vehicles.

Марка Polestar (Поулстар) официально объявила цену на свою первую электрическую модель Polestar (поулстар) 2 для рынка США. Базовую модель вам отдадут за 60 тысяч долларов. Эх, так и представили ухмылку Илона Маска, поглаживающего свои «Модэл три» и «Модэл Увай».
В Renault (Рэно) подтверждают, что в течение года мы увидим две новые модели. Это будет доступный электромобиль, серийный хэтчбек Dacia Spring (Дачия спринг) и кроссовер с дизайном в стиле концепта Morphoz (Морфоз). О последнем мы рассказывали в марте.
Серийная модель компании Xpeng Motors (ИксПэнг Моторс) уже доступна для заказа в Китае. Поставки спортивного седана P7 (Пэ 7) начнутся в конце июня по цене от 32 тыс. долларов за самую базовую модель.
Пока в Мире коронакризис, в Украине все же продолжают разрабатывать электромобили. Да, звучит немного пафосно, но так и есть. Компания из Кривого Рога работает над созданием прототипа с рабочим названием CoolOn. Разработчики акцентируют, что сейчас вы видите только один из вариантов. Длина электроавто для коммерческих перевозок — 5 метров, ширина — 1,7, высота — 2,1 метра. Финальный прототип будет готов не ранее чем через два месяца.
Серийная версия концепта Nissan Ariya доллжна появиться в 2021 году. Судя по патентным рисункам, внешне электромобиль окажется очень близкой к шоу-кару.
По характеристикам Ariya, к слову, это название проекта пока что техническое, близка к бестселлеру Nissan Leaf (Нисан Лиф). Но этот электрокар, конечно, превзойдёт «Лиф» по мощности и запасу хода. Интересно, станет ли он таким же бестселлером на БУ рынках страны?
Концепт BMW iX3 (Ай ихс три) в качестве прототипа уже скоро может выйти на дороги. На этих фото, якобы, тот автомобиль, который пойдет в серию. Как видим, по сути, это просто электрический «икс-третьий». От «тройки» с ДВС электрокар будет отличаться бамперами, порогами, решёткой радиатора и синими накладками снаружи.
Volkswagen начал в Китае производство первых рабочих образцов электромобилей, созданных на базе концепта ID. Roomzz. Действительно большой электрический внедорожник может появиться на китайском рынке уже в следующем году. Модель, скорее всего, получит название ID.6 (Ай ди шесть).
И еще об одном представителе семейства ID. Электрокар Volkswagen ID.4 (ай ди четыре) будет представлен публике до конца нынешнего года. На фото запечатлен паркетник, который вполне может оказаться той самой «четверкой» от Фолькса. Внешне он отличается от показанного ранее предсерийного ID.4, но это может быть лишь камуфляж под ДВС-авто.
К слову, на этой неделе мы выпустили отдельное видео о будущем флагмане электрической линейки от Мэрсэдес. Посмотрев его, вы узнаете о модульной концепции на примере электрического седана Vision EQS (Вижн И кью Эс).
Электрический фургон от Nissan используется для перевозки грузов и доставки «последней мили» в городах.
Solaris (Солярис) объявила о расширении своей линейки электрических автобусов. Новая модель Urbino 15 LE electric (Урбино 15 Эл И электрик) может быть как городским автобусом, так и автобусом для междугородних перевозок.
В прошлом году концерн PSA (Пи Эс Ай) анонсировал электрический вэн Opel Vivaro-e (Опель Виваро И).
Как вы помните, фирма Bollinger Motors решила продавать платформу E-Chassis (И Шассис) отдельно от своих моделей B1 и B2 (Би один и би два). Теперь она будет предлагать и Chassis Cab (Шассис Кэб) — электрическое шасси с двух- и четырёхдверной кабиной для грузовых машин с полной массой 4,5 до 6,3 тонн.
Итальянская фирма DR (Ди Эр) производит электрокар DR3 EV (Ди Эр 3 ИВ). Фирма основана при поддержке китайского бренда, который зовется в русскоязычном Интернете как Чэри «Chery».
Если помните, то в декабре прошлого года Rivian (Ривиан) показал способность своего внедорожника RT1 (Ар Ти один) разворачиваться на месте. Фишка получила название tank turn (Тэнк Тёрн) или же танковый разворот. Сегодня хотим показать вам, как BWM X6 (Икс шевть), переделанный в электромобиль, также повторил финт RT1(Ар Ти один). Словенская компания с англоязычным названием, которое вам ничего не скажет, но оно есть в описании, Elaphe Propulsion Technologies Ltd, занимается разработкой и производством оборудования для электромобилей. Вот она то и установила четыре электрических мотора собственного производства в каждое колесо.
