The machine cuts steel very quickly, the cutting is precise. A circular saw for cutting metal has a torsion arm, so we can cut metal elements at any angle. The vice improves the rigidity of the assembled parts, and the design can be improved so that the vice is also adjustable. I built a vise in the previous video. The whole structure is mobile and easy to carry. Disc diameter 355 mm, discs can be sharpened, 1.5kw motor, pulley ratio 1: 1. In this video I want to show you one of the most difficult projects I have made.
I will show you how I made Sheet Metal Bender Machine in my Meanwhile in the Garage workshop,
This sheet metal bender is constructed from I-beam, pipe, bearings, steel plate, threaded rod, nuts, sprockets, chain, and a gear motor.
I thought a lot about how I will make it and what the mechanism of this machine will be.
After much thought, I caught myself thinking that I needed inspiration and new ideas.
To do this, I spotted the best bending machines' manufacturer, it turned out to be Swebend.
I am very grateful to the whole Swebend team for such a warm welcoming and hospitality.
They showed me how they produce Bending machines of all complexities and most importantly what high quality and love for their work they put in.

Inspired by the traditional “Bullerjan” stove and wood ovens made of car rims
I built this convection oven.
My idea was to use the profile of the rims as air channels to maximize the efficiency.
Cold air is sucked in to the channels from below. It flows against the furnace wall where it is heated and blows out of the top. This ventilation is the key to the efficiency.
I used:
2mm sheet metal (for the outer paneling)
Stainless steel rods and screws
Wenge-wood for the handles
A mixture of hydrogen Peroxide 12%, vinegar and salt (ratio 4/1/0,5) for the rust
