Polar Vantage M — обзор, впечатления, плюсы/минусы!



Вот уже практически месяц прошел с того дня, как я активно начал пользоваться наручными мультиспортивными часами от #Polar. Каждое утро теперь начинается не с кофе, а с анализа сна и состояния восстановления нервной системы за ночь. Что, кстати, очень затягивает и там есть, на что посмотреть.
Часы стали для меня обыденным аксессуаром. Это первые наручные часы, которые мне не хочется снимать с руки даже во время сна. К слову, это не первые мои часы подобного плана, но только с ними понимаешь, что есть что-то большее, чем просто пульс 24/7 и пульс во сне. Часы в течении минимум 7 дней привыкают к вам и затем выдают полнейшую информацию о состоянии вашего организма не только во время тренировочных процессов, но и в обычном жизненном ритме.
