The 'Space Architects' of Mars | The Age of A.I.

Life on Mars won't be how David Bowie pictured it. With the help of artificial intelligence, architects and scientists are painting a picture of what life in space could be like and how it will be possible.
The Age of A.I. is a 8 part documentary series hosted by Robert Downey Jr. covering the ways Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Neural Networks will change the world.

If the universe is only 14 billion years old, how can it be 92 billion light years wide?

The size and age of the universe seem to not agree with one another. Astronomers have determined that the universe is nearly 14 billion years old and yet its diameter is 92 billion light years across. How can both of those numbers possibly be true? In this video, Fermilab’s Dr. Don Lincoln tells you how.

The mission will seek signs of habitable conditions on Mars in the ancient past, and will also search for evidence of past microbial life.
To raise public awareness of the Mars 2020 mission, NASA undertook a «Send Your Name to Mars» campaign, through which people could send their names to Mars.

Hubble - 15 years of discovery

Hubble — 15 years of discovery

ESA’s anniversary DVD film “Hubble — 15 years of discovery” covers all aspects of the Hubble Space Telescope project – a journey through the history, the troubled early life and the ultimate scientific successes of Hubble. This portrait, directed by Lars Lindberg Christensen, contains large amounts of previously unpublished footage of superb quality. With more than 500,000 copies distributed, this DVD movie is probably the most widely available science documentary ever.
Hubble's spectacular visual images make a stunning backdrop throughout the film, bringing an immediacy and vitality as the narrative reveals the new insights Hubble has inspired in all fields of astronomy from exoplanets to black holes. Complex though the science behind the telescope’s images often is, Art Director Martin Kornmesser has developed a unique style of elaborate 3D animation that enhances and vividly clarifies the underlying science.
The movie is presented by an ESA scientist, Dr. Robert (Bob) Fosbury, who has himself used Hubble for his own research on many occasions.

Tour of Asteroid Bennu

Tour of Asteroid Bennu

When NASA’s OSIRIS-REx spacecraft arrived at asteroid Bennu in December 2018, its close-up images confirmed what mission planners had predicted nearly two decades before: Bennu is made of loose material weakly clumped together by gravity, and shaped like a spinning top. This major validation, however, was accompanied by a major surprise. Scientists had expected Bennu’s surface to consist of fine-grained material like a sandy beach, but were instead greeted by a rugged world littered with boulders – the size of cars, the size of houses, the size of football fields. Now, thanks to laser altimetry data and high-resolution imagery from OSIRIS-REx, we can take a tour of Bennu’s remarkable terrain.

Star Size Comparison 2

Star Size Comparison 2

Dear world,
Let´s talk about time.
When I uploaded my first YouTube video 7 years ago, I would have never thought that it would get that much attention. Had lots of discussions, met new people, continued to make videos about things that intrigued me. Or tried out effects.
I enjoyed it a lot, and I still read every comment that pops up. And they keep coming in. It is a hobby that I am very glad about having started. And I am humbled by the attention.
Well, as time went by I found less time to work on videos, struggled with other things in life, and wondered if I would ever find the time again.
But I always knew one thing:
I owe you something. All the time people were are asking about a sequel to starsize comparison. And yes, I promised once.
I keep my promises. So, whenever I found time over the last year I spent it on that. Here it is.
I hope you like it. I tried to do it in a bit different way. Curious for the feedback. I know I will be hardly able to beat the choice of music from the first part, but let me say, Vangelis Alpha is a piece that is very dear to my heart, I always had this in mind.
Still looking for contact to musicians.
I do not know what the future brings, but I hope we will hear from each other. Enjoy.

NASA Live Stream — Earth From Space LIVE Feed | ISS tracker & live chat

Thanks for watching Space Videos: Live video of Earth from space — as seen from the Nasa ISS live stream aboard the International Space Station.
— Watch our latest video — Win A Space and Beyond Box. Great Space Gear
www.youtube.com/watch?v=8snzhkZcYe0
— The International Space Station — ISS — circles the earth at 240 miles above the planet, on the edge of space in low earth orbit.
The station is crewed by NASA astronauts as well as Russian Cosmonauts and a mixture of Japanese, Canadian and European astronauts as well.
The Expedition 63 Crew are: NASA's Chris Cassidy and Roscosmos' Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Vagner
Beautiful views of planet Earth seen from the ISS. As seen from the Nasa space video ISS live stream — A real astronaut view of Earth!
THIS WILL SHOW LIVE and PRE-RECORDED FOOTAGE — depending on signal from the station or if the ISS is on the night side of Earth.
When the feed is live the words LIVE NOW will appear in the top left hand corner of the screen.
As the Space Station passes into a period of night every 45 mins video is unavailable — during this time, and other breaks in transmission, recorded footage is shown.
When back in daylight the live stream of earth will recommence
Thanks for joining us here on Space Videos to share these wonderful views of our home —
This ISS live feed of planet earth from space is courtesy of Nasa Earth Viewing Cameras aboard the international space station. The station is crewed by #NASA astronauts as well as Russian Cosmonauts and a mixture of Japanese, Canadian and European astronauts as well.
Before you ask —
Why can't we see the stars?
The cameras have a low light exposure for viewing Earth in daylight, so no stars are seen on the feeds, although the Sun, Moon and Venus can be seen. The Earth or moon on these videos is many hundreds of thousands of times brighter than the brightest stars and the cameras shoot at 60 frames per second — with an exposure that allows us to get a good view of the Earth. This exposure is too short to capture stars which are incredibly faint compared to the brightness of the planet. (Its down to photography rather than conspiracy!)
What do those different screens mean?
The bottom left screen shows photos of Earth taken by ISS astronauts.
The middle screen shows the current position of the Space Station (the large white H shape!)
The bottom right will is a 2nd live cam which will display timelapse video when the live stream is not available.
