Introducing a set of technologies for turn-key construction of small and medium towns.
Currently, the situation in terms of providing homes to people is significantly better than it was several decades ago.
However, according to various sources, more than 60% of families all over the world are still in need of improvements to their living conditions.
In order to solve this problem we have developed a suite of technologies for building micro-neighborhoods and small “turnkey” cities.
With our technology, building a city for 200,000 residents with all infrastructure will take no more than two years.
Moreover, homes in such a city will not only be several times less expensive and more comfortable than those offered by the contemporary market, but they will also meet modern international standards for energy-efficiency.
Our key invention is the technology to produce universal wall panels and use them to build monolithic, pre-fabricated buildings.
Using these panels, it only takes a crew of ten workers two months to build a ten-story apartment building.
The amount of heavy manual labor is also kept to a minimum, and the construction worker’s job is centered primarily on loading and unloading crane cables.
Modern construction technology makes it possible to get only bare walls, but we will build buildings with walls that are already finished both internally and external.
Our technology also makes it possible to build reliable, seismically secure buildings of up to 50 stories. This is accomplished thanks to the construction’s monolithic nature, its light fencing walls, and the large number of columns along the perimeter of the building.
The process of producing the panels is fully automated and requires minimal human participation.
One small factory can produce approximately 3,000 panels per day, which is dozens of times greater than the production rate of Europe’s most modern reinforced concrete factories.
This is sufficient to build a 50,000-square-meter apartment building every day, or 15 million square meters per year.
Our technology’s distinguishing characteristic is its use of thin, reusable plastic molds for casting reinforced wall panels.
Our technology assumes the use of local raw materials, which also provides for the export of those materials to other countries.
That’s why we are confident that the construction of turnkey cities is a promising international market.

Участие человека в этих процессах сведено к минимуму. что приводит к снижению затрат и росту урожайности на единицу занимаемой площади. А это в свою очередь влечет снижение себестоимости получаемой продукции.

Если бы, за внедрение этого транспорта взялись Boeing или Airbus, это уже летало бы на экспериментальном маршруте уже через пару лет. А через 5-7 лет были бы начаты проекты с возможностью перевозить пассажиров в разы больше чем перевозят сейчас все виды транспорта на земле вместе. Причем заметьте, это был бы экологический чистый вид транспорта, моторы в машинах электрические, а электричество как мы знаем уже может быть возобновляемым и дешевым. А с другой стороны эта технология должна была заинтересовать Rolls-Royce, ведь он сегодня продает авиационные турбины этим двум компаниям по 30 миллионов долларов за штуку. Это не опечатка, именно за 30 миллионов одну турбину, и это понятно почему, современная авиационная турбина самый сложный продукт который может создать человек, и только несколько фирм в мире могут их производить. А мой летательный аппарат даже самый крупный, можно построить за 30 миллионов долларов с его двадцатью электромоторами и с управляемым вектором тяги, как говорится почувствуйте разницу. А электромоторы разного класса для таких летательных аппаратов могли бы производить в 50 странах, во всех кроме самых отсталых стран.
